Here’s how to pick up your reserved ski rental equipment.

When can I pick up my reserved equipment?

Your reserved ski rental equipment will be ready for you starting at 15:00 o'clock on the day before your rental begins. You’re welcome to visit your chosen pick-up station and collect it then.

Note for groups: Each group member can pick up their equipment separately, but every renter must be present in person to ensure the equipment is adjusted to their individual needs.

Where can I pick up my reserved equipment?

When making your reservation, you can select your Sport Nenner pick-up station (see all Sport Nenner shops/pick-up stations here). Please collect your equipment during the opening hours of the pick-up station you selected.

Can I pick up my reserved equipment at a different pick-up station?

Yes, in principle, but there are some important details to keep in mind:

  • Category Reservation or Flexi Reservation without comments

    If your reservation has no comments, you can spontaneously pick up your equipment at a different pick-up station without prior notice.

  • Category Reservation or Flexi Reservation with comments

    If your reservation includes comments, please notify us at least 3 days before pick-up if you want to switch pick-up stations. If you notify us later or show up at a different pick-up station spontaneously, we may not be able to fulfill the preferences mentioned in your comments.

  • Exact Model Reservation

    If you made an exact model reservation, please notify us at least 3 days before pick-up if you want to switch pick-up stations. Without prior notice, we cannot guarantee that your chosen model will be available at the new location. Please note: In this case, other discounts (e.g., category discounts) cannot be applied.
