What reservation options are available?
At Sport Nenner, we offer two different types of reservations:
Category Reservation: Reserving a rental category
Model-Specific Reservation: Reserving a specific model
Category Reservation
A Category Reservation means reserving a rental category. When you reserve a category, you cannot choose a specific model.

Faster on the slopes: Since you can provide all necessary rental information in advance, you save time at the Sport Nenner shops and get on the slopes quicker.
Flexibility: If you're unsure which category is right for you, choose the lower one. You can always upgrade to a higher category on-site.
Cons
Specific Model: You cannot specify a particular model when reserving.

Please use the specific model reservation for this, as it makes everything easier. We do try to fulfil requests written in the comments as well. Please note: if we can provide the model you asked for, the specific model fee of €10 will be charged.
We generally recommend the Category Reservation. If it's very important for you to use a specific model, please choose the Model-Specific Reservation.
Model-Specific Reservation
A Model-Specific Reservation means you reserve a specific model. Each model is assigned to a rental category, and the price calculation is based on the respective category price.

Availability: We reserve your desired model several days before your arrival to ensure it is ready for you.
Faster on the slopes: Since you can provide all necessary rental information in advance and your model is already ready for you, you save time at the Sport Nenner shops and get on the slopes quicker.

Specific model fee: a specific model reservation costs an extra €10 per model, whether you rent for one day or one week.
What if my model is not available?
What if my model is not available?
Sometimes a model is not available for reasons we cannot control (for example, if another customer damages the equipment). In this case, we of course do not charge the specific model fee. We will let you know as soon as we know that we cannot fulfil your reservation. You then have these options:
Cancellation: You can cancel your reservation and get a full refund.
Switch to another desired model: Choose another available model.
Switch to a Category Reservation: Change from a Model-Specific Reservation to a Category Reservation. You can get expert advice at the Sport Nenner shops and receive the category discount.
