If you’re wondering whether you can exchange your ski rental equipment during your rental, the answer is: Yes, you can! However, there are a few things to keep in mind:
Exchange Within the Same Rental Category
Alpine Skis
In the Premium rental category, you can exchange skis once per day at no extra cost. However, it is not possible to reserve a specific ski in advance. If you want to test specific skis or change skis multiple times a day, please book our "Skitest Unlimited" option.
In the Advanced, Active, and Pro rental categories, you can also switch skis if you are not comfortable or happy with your current model.
In the Basic rental category, there is a € 10,00 fee for switching skis. However, upgrading to a higher rental category is possible any time.
Exchange Between Ski and Snowboard
A one-time exchange between skis and snowboards in the same category is free of charge.
For additional exchanges, a fee of € 10.00 will be charged.
Note: If we notice misuse of this policy, we reserve the right to charge a € 10.00 exchange fee. If you’d like to test multiple skis, we recommend booking our "Skitest Unlimited".
Exchange Between Rental Categories
You can exchange equipment between rental categories at any time.
Upgrades: Upgrading to a higher rental category will incur additional costs starting from the exchange time. These costs will be charged at the end of your rental.
Downgrades: If you downgrade to a lower rental category, we can only provide a voucher for the price difference. Cash refunds are not possible.
