What is a Group?
A group must meet the following criteria:
A group consists of at least 10 people who need rental equipment.
A group has one contact person who communicates with us.
The contact person must belong to an organization and book on its behalf. Two examples:
A teacher can make a group booking for their class.
An employee of Musterfrau GmbH can make a group booking for their colleagues.
What is Not a Group?
A family
A combination of multiple families
Groups where each person wants to pay individually
Note: If you are booking for an organization but have fewer than 10 people, please use the regular online reservation.
How Does a Group Reservation Work?
Before contacting us, consider the following points:
How many people need rental equipment?
What rental equipment is needed?
Should everyone get the same rental category, or should it be based on preferences and skill levels?

We will send you some information, an offer, and an Excel file with one row per participant to be filled out by you. This step usually takes some time, so we recommend contacting us early.
Group members pick up their equipment and enjoy their time.
How Much Time Should I Plan for a Group Reservation?
In general, please contact us as early as possible.
For a smooth process, we recommend contacting us at least 14 days before the desired start date.
If it is more urgent, we can usually still accommodate and process the group reservation.
Payment
We are flexible to meet the needs of the group. Two points to note:
Payment is made by one person.
A deposit may be required.

It depends on the group composition. Please contact us so we can provide you with the conditions for your group.
